In summer 2021, the Southwest Michigan Local Food Council asked artists Jaylen C. Lanier, Ashley Tenter, Angela Valha, and Kimberly Wood to respond creatively to personal food experiences of visitors at local farmers markets. The resulting paintings are featured in a mini-exhibition, ‘FOOD for THOUGHT’, in The Lounge at KAC. Hear from each of the artists about their experiences, processes, and final artworks during Live at Lunchtime.

Live at Lunchtime is a weekly series over the lunch hour on Facebook Live during which artists and art workers share more about their work at KAC and in the community. Join us every Thursday at noon to hear something new.
